The warranty covers repair/replacement of defective product only. All returns must be in its original packing with all accessories. All products supplier are covered by the items and conditions of guarantee for a period of 12 Months. For the defective products, please post it with warranty card to our company. The warranty card assures that any problem under the guarantee period, the product will be repair free according to the warranty card instruction! But the free fee service is not include the change of new main parts as TV/FM/GPS tuner, DVD loader, MPEG board, pickup lens, main board, TFT board, touch screen, TFT screen , MCU, main IC, detachable front panel for car DVD player and the relative accessories as cable, audio/video cable etc.

1. Any failure and damage caused by accident and incorrect installation and operation.
2. Improper repair and refit in other place expect our company admitted maintenance station.
3. Any failure and damage caused by fall-off after the customer bought and transportation accident during delivery.
4. Any failure and damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, lighting strike, thunder and other disaster, public hazard,
   transportation, abnormity voltage, chemic corrosion.
5. Any failure and damage caused by the products are not manufactured by our company!
6. Any failure and damage caused by fire, dust, water, direct sunlight etc.
7. Any failure and damage caused by worked long time in the place of ship or industry and commerce and the incorrect
   storage environment as dust/dry/high temperature or more and strong magnetic field or static which can the burn of
   capacitor or pick up or the other main electronic parts.
8. The details of the warranty cards and warranty stick are incomplete altered and removed.
9. The serial No. on the products has removed or altered.
10. The warranty period is over 12 months, if the warranty period is over 12 months, our service center will charge the suitable
      fee by man’s working cost and parts change.
11. The products have stop to be manufactured by the long period and our company has no parts to repair from our supplier.

1.belong to the one of the following circumstances, our company not to protect to fix:
A、product because the damage that force majeure result in;
B、product because of conveyance, takes care of, install, usage etc. the damage that reason result in;
C、product because of at install, use, support to take care of not appropriate etc. result in the damage;
D、through not the personnel of the authorization of our company opens the outer shell or dismantles the product that fixed;
E、product oneself of model number, fuselage of airplane serial number and related sale certificate, protect to fix the card is altered or forges;
F、product oneself of the model number, fuselage of airplane serial number is out of accordance with related sale certificate, protect fix card.

2. protect to fix to do not include below various services:
A、product electric voltage/ frequency it change,
B、check and adjust the school usually;
C、product gearing and dismantle to take the service;
Adornment and enclosures of the dvd, any machine external appearance.
