A: Check whether the antenna is connected or whether proper; connect the antenna properly.

   A: The antenna length may be not proper; check whether the antenna protrudes completely or broken;
        Please replace a new antenna if it is broken.
        The radio signal is too weak: the antenna has bad contact; please check whether the antenna is connected
        to the earth wire properly

A: The video cable to TV from the master unit isn’t connected properly.

A: The receiving effect will be affected if any object blocks the infrared transmitter or infrared receiving earphone.

A: The color system setting isn’t correct; set the color system to “PAL” or “NTSC” according to the connected TV set.

   A: In general setting interface, click the “TOUCH CHECK” icon and the system enters coordinate interface; click the
        center of the “+” with the round head tool; the “+” goes to next spot when the X/Y coordinates appear, and so on;
        After calibrating five spots, it displays “OK” (display “ERR OK” if not successful). After three seconds, the system
        Returns to general setting interface and then press “ENTER” to return. 

A: Check whether the fuse of the power supply is melt; replace a fuse with appropriate capacity if necessary.

The disk is put in the wrong way round, scraped or too  dirty. Suggest you to change the side of disk,insert it with sourcing side down,change into the good disk or clean it and wipe up by soft close. Sometimes it is because you play the disk the unit can not play you need to check whether the type of disk belong to the ones can be played.
