Service:
Huapeng International Group Limited has profession QC system and team, all of the items must be tested by one before delivery!

Shipping and handling ways and delivery fee:
The items will shipped by TNT/DHL/UPS/FEDEX priority mail within 7 working days.
A delivery confirmation number will be emailed when the order is processed. If the goods are sent by air or ship, please send us the shipping agent and cargo number and container No. 10 days before delivery! Huapeng international company is not responsible for this delivery fee for dispatch and receiving of goods.

Coverage:
The warranty covers repair/replacement of defective product only. All returns must be in its original packing with all accessories. We will not be responsible for any damage due to incorrect installation and man made fault and accident, please do must read the user manual of the item you ordered carefully before installation!

Warranty Policy:
All products supplier are covered by the items and conditions of guarantee for a period of 12 Months. For the defective products, please post it with warranty card to our company. The warranty card assures that any problem under the guarantee period, the product will be repair free according to the warranty card instruction! But the free fee service is not include the change of new main parts as TV/FM/GPS tuner, DVD loader, MPEG board, pickup lens, main board, TFT board, touch screen, TFT screen , MCU, main IC, detachable front panel for car DVD player and the relative accessories as cable, audio/video cable etc.

Huapeng international Group Limited will not provide repair freely for the following situation:
1. Any failure and damage caused by accident and incorrect installation and operation.
2. Improper repair and refit in other place expect our company admitted maintenance station.
3. Any failure and damage caused by fall-off after the customer bought and transportation accident during delivery.
4. Any failure and damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, lighting strike, thunder and other disaster, public hazard, transportation, abnormity voltage, chemic corrosion.
5. Any failure and damage caused by the products are not manufactured by our company!
6. Any failure and damage caused by fire, dust, water, direct sunlight etc.
7. Any failure and damage caused by worked long time in the place of ship or industry and commerce and the incorrect storage environment as dust/dry/high temperature or more and strong magnetic
    field or static which can the burn of capacitor or pick up or the other main electronic parts.
8. The details of the warranty cards and warranty stick are incomplete altered and removed.
9. The serial No. on the products has removed or altered.
10. The warranty period is over 12 months, if the warranty period is over 12 months, our service center will charge the suitable fee by man’s working cost and parts change.
11. The products have stop to be manufactured by the long period and our company has no parts.
